It is called the "Piton de la Fournaise", in English "Peak of the Furnace". It goes to 2632 meters (8,635 feet). It is currently one of the most active volcanoes in the world so this is pretty awesome, right? People from Reunion Island can witness at least one eruption every year! At each eruption, the lava goes through the island to reach the Indian Ocean. Which make the island a little bit bigger every time. Nature is AWESOME!
