While visiting Rome, me and my friends went to the Palatine Hill and of course I took a lot of pictures.
When I got home, I went over the pictures that I took and found this one.
I did some basic editing and then I wanted to do something more with it. I had been seeing some ‘tiny planet’ photos around that time and I decided I wanted to try that out myself. The only problem at the time was that a 360 degrees panorama works best for tiny planets. All I had was a single image because I didn’t plan to turn this image into a tiny planet on beforehand.
I solved this problem in photoshop by duplicating the original image, flipping the duplicate horizontally and lining it up next to the original.
Once I had my ‘panorama’ I followed the normal procedure to create a tiny planet.
