Some of you may have noticed I haven't posted a pet sitting story in quite some time.
I've been blathering on about weeds, roses, firepits, and storytelling contests.
This is the other side of self-employment. Too few visits so far this month. Hence, weed pulling and story chasing.
I can never tell when these slow spells are going to crop up, but generally they don't last horribly long. Give it a few weeks and I'll probably be belly-achin' about being too busy.
Feast or famine.
This year is different though. I don't have to stress out as much thanks to #Steemit, #VIVA-Coin, and the cryptocurrency-blockchain universe. I can use my down time to be productive without even the need to put on my shoes. (Y'all know how I feel about that!)
If I recall correctly, I started out here with a 7 Steem sign up deal. Since then, this community has taught me everything I know about crypto, trading, wallets and all sorts of related subjects. With those tools, I've been able to nurture that seed into a respectable balance. (The latest spike was an extra-nice surprise boost.) Beyond that, you've opened up opportunities that I had no inkling existed. Not only can I generate real income to pay real bills, I'm actually daring to think (gasp!) retirement won't be a fantasy.
I could get used to views like this every day:
