BIG UPDATE: TimeLapse is OUT!
Hey Steemians!
This post is a start of a project, a series, a VOYAGE ✈️ .
We will go through the best architectures and representative buildings in the world.
I want to express to all the Steemit community my love for the colorful and most funny bricks ever, LEGO!
To achieve that, I will show you the building phases, tips and tricks, photos and funny tales about the place or the building.
Please, join me on this trip. First stop, ITALY of course! 🇮🇹
Venice, the pearl of the Mediterranean
The post will be written both in Italian and English, for the English part skip the text until the separation line.

A such unique city that allows us, simple visitors, to name it as we prefer. A city that makes us feel part of a living show, that takes the visitor in the heart and soul of history. What's the relationship between Venice and LEGO? The Architecture series is a collection which purpose is to revive architecture, design and history of the most beautiful cities of the world.

Let's start building! Here it is the "Bridge of Sighs" the first construction area

Let's proceed building San Marco Plaza, alongside the construction of the Cathedral of Saint Mark. You can see some details in the picture below:

An Umarell is always watching the construction's site. Venice hasn't been built in a day! 😂

Note: this will be strange for you reader, but being an umarell is a full time job. When you retire you monitor roadworks and constructions areas, giving direction of work. It's so famous in Italy that even Wikipedia.en recognise it!
Results start to show and the famous winged lion of Venice arrives, reminding us all the majesty and pride of the city!

A detail of the Basilisk, with the adjacent Bell Tower

And there she is, her majesty, VENEZIA

With such a small amount of pieces, you can see from right to left:
the Bridge of Sighs, the Bell Tower of Saint Mark, the Basilisk of Saint Mark and the Rialto's Bridge.
This is indeed the magic power of LEGO!
What do you think? Do you like this world tour with LEGO? Would you like to see a timelapse of the construction? I've chosen to put just some photos to not create a photo only post, I am open to any suggestion! So just interact in the comments below 😁
I have to admit that this LEGO Architecture series makes people really fly while building, and at the same time, it's super cool to show on your desktop (even as a piece of design it's amazing!)
