Today I want to share a speech of Gary Vaynerchuk. It is a few months old, but it was very motivating for me so I want to share it anyway.

I love how Gary believe in the human race. I have been thinking a lot about why people complain all the time, but I have never had the courage to stay up for what I think. I often just stay silent. I hope that posting here at Steemit will make me more confident so I can stay up as Gary do in the future. Gary just do not give a fuck about what others might think and that is admirable. This is the main reason I look up to Gary.
We got to see things in perspective.
Evrybody sucks, at something. We all have shortcomings. Why do we just look at it this way? I am good at this but not at that? Focus on the things you are good at! Do not dwell if your not good at fixing shit around the house! I call somebody to fix it. I am not like; "I am not a man." I do not give a fuck. I do not get it...

These stereotypes are so silly.
Since I started reading books I have always strived to change the things about myself that I am not good at. However, after Gary talks about how we ain't perfect in everything I realized that I use way to much time to become better in things that I am not good at... I think I would get way more out of my life if I start to work with the things I am good at, and I have plans to do so.
Do not bullshit me with bad excuses
Gary compares successful people who complain about things besides those who don't. I love the way he get upset when telling people that they got all the money they could ever want, why do you complain to me? You just got to do what you want with life! Start to see whats good in it!
Do not bullshit me! Do you wanna spend more time with your family? Spend more time with your family.
Do not make excuses. Be happy with where you are. Think about what could be the outcome of the things you say. Why would anybody want to listen to your excuses?

The only thing that shows what people really thinks, is their doings. It does not matter if you tell you are open minded if you aren't. You can not just talk about your principles in life, you got to live after them as well.
