Last week, I managed to get outside in between rainstorms long enough to get some shots of the relatively recently bloomed Black-eyed Susans. The macro thing has been a bit tricky for me as of late, given I usually have to use my tripod (which isn't nearly as bendy or flexible enough to get close to the flowers). However, my Essential Tremors cooperated nicely, so I was able to get a decent number of non-blurry captures, like the one below.
I'd love to say I noticed the spiderweb immediately, and did all sorts of contortions to get a proper shot. However, truth be told, I didn't even notice it until I had this downloaded to my computer... LOL! Once I did, I figured it would be a good entry into today's #macrophotography contest put together by @juliank (over at @photocontests) every Thursday.
