he is open for Bitcoin 2.0, and I don't know which solution is best to process up to (theoretically) hundreds of customers a day :p 

BlockPay? Odoo? Please advice us here so he can have the overview.

How are the costs and installation time for 1 or 2 POS terminals? I think industry quality touchscreen is needed.
