This photo was taken in Mauritius. The place is Grand Gaupe, a small fishing village, located on the northern tip of the island. It's one of those places where it's great just to sit and watch people in the afternoon. That's when local fishermen are returning. Others go for a swim and the children are playing. The young girl was standing for a long time by these boats looking at the sea. She might be waiting for someone to return.
