This photo was taken in Oslo, Norway. From the top of the The Opera House. It's generally prohibited to walk on the roofs of public buildings. But this does not apply to the Oslo Opera House. In fact, the roof has become an attraction in it self. From here one get a good view of the city. I am standing on the roof, watching people below.
