This photo was taken some years ago in Kristiansand, Norway. (My hometown) The building is an old closed mill where the buildings more or less have been left to themselves. Today they are somewhat outdated. In one of the rooms I found these windows. However, there is a white cement wall behind them. Therefore, you only look into that wall when you look through the windows. There was no other light here either. The room was dark in itself.
