The photos was taken in a very special tower in Copenhagen, Denmark - Rundetårn – meaning «Round Tower», dating back to 1637. Inside the tower there are no stairs, but a 209 meter long ramp swings seven and a half laps to reach the highest part - a spiral "snail" that winds around a hollow core all the way to the top. The reason for this was because they had to use horses to transport heavy scientific instruments up to the observatory at the top.
