This owl lives on the Municipal Institutions Building on the corner of Sadovaya Street and Voznesensky Avenue. The house was built in 1904 - 1906 and became the architectural dominant of the district. Owls, dragons and chimeras are located on the facade of the building. In my opinion, it is built in the modern style that is typical for this time, but experts believe that the style is mixed, partly modern, partly pseudo-gothic. Since the beginning of the 20th century the appearance of the building has not changed. The house is beautiful and I really like it, although it is a pity for those buildings that were located on this place before.
