I don't know how I survived without a morning routine. Before I had a morning routine waking up usually involved hitting the snooze button a bunch of times and throwing together some breakfast while I ran out the door. I was so unorganized and unhappy with how I was starting my mornings. It should have been obvious why I didn't like my mornings.
I was waking up like I was an accident. I didn't wake up on purpose. I decided to make some changes. I started to set my alarm for 5:30 AM and establish a routine of drinking water, stretching, and attempting to do some readings. Some mornings were easier than others.
The morning sets the tempo for the rest of your day. It's VITAL to have a powerful morning that sets the rest of your day up for success.
Tomorrow, I'll be listing some positive habits you can adopt to make your mornings incredible!
