Oh my gosh, what a week. We all pulled together SO hard to support our friends at @homesteaderscoop in the @thecallmedan 25K delegation contest, as we share many of our members and we share the same ethos in many, many ways. Whilst we didn't quite get there, we won in other ways too - we realised we're stronger together rather than divided!
Oh YEAH, and also, thanks to YOU, we won a 1k delegation which bumps our ability to vote and support you just that little bit more! We may be small, but we're FULL of love, and we're still going to work hard to share and promote natural medicines on the blockchain, as well as support our friends at @homesteaderscoop. Thankyou so much to @sagescrub for getting excited with us and working so hard for Steemit. It's been an ABSOLUTE pleasure learning and growing with you!

Natural Medicine is offering a little bit of a different challenge this week, hoping it will be part of a series that will encourage exploration of plants as medicine both for writers and all Steemfolk seeing these medicines appear in their feeds!
So, let's rise to the challenge and let's show what a strong community we are, and what we've got to offer! Are you in?
You don't have to be an expert in the field, just be willing to research, experiment and explore either ONE or more of these plants in a post. You can write three posts if you like - we accept multiple entries.
This week's plants to explore are:
We know plantain can be a common backyard weed OR a fruit - it doesn't matter which one you choose! And yes, basil comes in different varieties, so choose which one you like!
We're also super open to the kinds of posts you write. Here's some ideas - you can choose one or more to include in your post. Try to have a focus for your writing rather than include everything. Of course, it must be original work, and we'd love to see photos too.
