He is good at teaching. He says how communication is important in learning amd teaching as his experience in his post. And he also advises to try to improve communication with your students when teaching. Please encourage him good words.
When you start teaching in class, it's good to be indirect in the subject matter that has been planned. Take a few minutes to greet them, approach some of the students, ask for light things that can please them, give praise or appreciative appreciation.
