I've met @pradeepdee6 through a photography contest hosted by @flamingirl. He posted several beautiful wildlife photos during the contest, and posts regularly about photography, with a good explanation on the story behind the photos as well.

2) @martusamak
My second pick is one of the members of the portuguese community. @martusamak is a very active "actifitter", and writes mainly in portuguese over diverse themes such as culture, anthropology, and finances. But he also writes in english, as it was the case in one of his latest posts, about Nulls, a recent blockchain project.
