This is my entry for the Peoplephotography Contest hosted by @worldcapture.
This photo was taken last year in Northern Argentina. We are on our way to the salt flat, Salinas Grande, a spectacular place located in a remote corner of Argentina, 3350 m. above sea level. It's the third largest salt flat in the world and the largest in Argentina. Before we reached the salt flat itself, we made some stops to take photos in this deserted and somehow timeless landscape. The stripe of white in the background is the salt flat. We hardly met any other cars on the one and only road. My son came up with the idea of taking a meditation session – in the middle of nowhere. All alone and not a sound was heard.
