[PHOTO] A day on a Dutch beach #1 (new series)

As long as I can remember I have visited this specific beach.

In autumn, with stormy weather, my parents bringing me with just to let me feel the wind in my hair and drink chocolate milk as a family.
In winter, with my date, and because it was one of those sunny magical cold days.
In spring, because the first sun could already be felt upon the skin of your face and you slowly got excited for icecream and dipping toes in way to cold sea water.
In summer, as a teenager with friends, after school, biking and bringing big bottles of water.

This beach keeps pulling me back. I keep on landing here. A wedding. A birthday. Friends who bought a tiny house for summer holidays with their kids celebrating their birthday.

I love it. Will always love it. A lightrail connection will bring me straight onto the beach in the reasonably near future. I can't wait to come here even more often, just for a walk, a photo, a cup of coffee, some writing, some reading.

[After they got their shields up in the air they didn't 'go again' but walked away. I realised walking with these things must be easier this way, so it was worth the 10 minutes effort to get them up.]
