This is a photograph I took of the Cathedral in Palma de Mallorca which is right next to the Almudaina palace.
This is a highlight visit for many turists when they come to our Capital.
The Cathedral was built in 1300 and construction lasted about 300 years, prior to this it was the Main Mosque in the time of the Moors when Mallorca was actually called Medina Mayurka.
The Almudaina palace was the main residence for the Moorish kings but nowadays its a Museum and also the oficial residence of the Royal Spanish family, allthough they do not actually stay here.
