Todays special: frozen mushroom with a sprinkling of ice

No snow yet, but at least it is freezing overnight now in The Netherlands, so I went out to take some photos with cold fingers of cold mushrooms with cold crystals in a cold peat bog.

Near the ground in the shade, everything was still frozen during day time:

This mushroom wisely chose the sunny side of a tree to grow on and had defrosted by the time I got there:

The Shrek's ear lichen, however, didn't escape the ice:
