Dedicated to all of you guys out here who have any doubts about taking her out for dinner :-)

Butterflies 

If she was sincere
you wouldn´t ever hear
her to despise
a night with butterflies. 

So be brave my mate
and fix that date.
Who knows if you´ll get the chance
to ask her twice for that dance. 

In life you should only regret
the people you´ve never met.
The time won´t ever turn back
to recover your butterfly-lack. 

Why
would she be rude
and not rely
on your attitude?
She wouldn´t be wide awake
turning you down tonight
if you didn´t make
everything right. 

So if you talked along
with her they´d play your song.
And if the ambient was
about to cause
a special sparkling eve
why would she leave? 

There is no such
great move
than a brief touch
from her to prove
that your bravely beating heart
is worth receiving the reward. 

It´s like I told you in the beginning
if you don´t try
and be shy
you cannot be winning. 

Believe in the magic of the night
and life
will drive
you right.
Cause in the end she always relies
on the power of butterflies.

Sometimes you guys need a smooth kick in your ..... to do the very first step, so this was my poetic kick for you ;-) Good luck with these first dates and remember: if you don´t try, you´ll never know...
