So a gunman walked into Comet Ping Pong. Must, learn, everything. Help expose a potential false flag [Livestream+Compilation]

We need to compile and archive everything we can find about this, ASAP.

Archive any and all news posts about this so we can be aware of edits and tweaks to the narrative over time.

Update 9pm aest: I'm now convinced this was a false flag, I'll make a separate clean post with the most recent evidence summaried, and eventually merge that into the git repo too.

WASHINGTON (WUSA9) - A man allegedly walked into a Northwest D.C. pizzeria carrying an assault rifle to 'self-investigate' the alleged Pizza Gate conspiracy theory, Metropolitan Police said.

Edgar Maddison Welch, of Salisbury, North Carolina, 28, walked into the Comet Ping Pong pizzeria in the 5000 block of Connecticut Avenue Northwest.

Police responded to the scene around 3 p.m., along with SWAT officers and a helicopter. After a brief search, police arrested a man carrying an assault rifle.

The suspect entered the restaurant and pointed his gun at the employee who was working at the time. The employee fled and was able to notify police.

Welch then fired shots inside of the restaurant. There were no injuries reported.

Police found two firearms inside and an additional weapon was located in the suspect's vehicle.

In a post-arrest interview, Welch told police he came to the establishment to self-investigate "Pizza Gate" (a fictitious online conspiracy theory).

Did he fire the gun inside the restaurant, or not ?

Mixed reports, some say no shots were fired.

D.C. police Chief Peter Newsham said a lone suspect in his late-20s walked into the front door of Comet Ping Pong with an assault rifle. Newsham said it appeared as if the suspect may have fired one or multiple shots into the ground after the employees and patrons had left.

A suspect armed with an assault rifle inside Comet Ping Pong on Sunday afternoon caused a closure of Connecticut Avenue from Fessenden Street to Nebraska Avenue NW as police swarmed the area.

DC Police say the suspect was quickly apprehended and that no shots were fired.

Was the traffic camera out front removed within the last 24 hours ?

Confirmed. Camera now faces away from Comet pizza, I personally saw this facing comet last week.

Early reports show excessive, immediate response

Police tape already deployed around the area, media in place and the whole area had already been heavily patrolled for weeks already.
