Steem and SBD Market Update + Important events coming soon ["Perspective"]

After all the big news posts directly affecting price I thought it was about time I started noting them on my charts.

If you haven't seen it yet , be sure to read the latest post from @ned and @dantheman via @steemitblog : "Proposed Changes to Steem Economy" and if you're invested in this community, you should give your feedback .

I think the changes are positive and would generally accept nearly anything that would reduce the current inflation rate while we're still bootstrapping this economy.

The discussion so far has been very interesting and gives a lot of insight into a lot of our resident whales and the politics within the steem community.

Heres my latest market update in a new style with future events marked:

The furthest event is a marker for the rough timeframe given by @ned in this comment for potentially implementing these changes.

All in all between the (temporary at least) "no-powerdown" pledge by @ned and @dantheman , the reduction in inflation, the lower conversion timeframe and shorter lock-in for new investors this is looking like the most positive news update since I joined back in July

Lets make this happen !

In other news

I've been digging through some really disturbing shit being uncovered in the wikileaks dumps and beyond , and between a few new private research groups , reddit, twitter and "the chans" we've dug up a lot of evidence pointing to an international child smuggling operation with connections all over the worldwide political system.

So much of this feels sickeningly familiar after previous digging into Australian cults back in the day. I'll just give this preview of just one tiny aspect of this clusterfuck from wearechange :

Reminder that the world is insane #1531343

I'm also splitting time between the neverending wikileaks research, an upcoming new version of steemcap , more major updates to steemviz , and starting development of steembooks for authors like my partner @krystle to easily display their works as organised collections .

I also followed through after my previous prediction and bought my first bitshares along with even more steem :)

I'm looking forward to the next few weeks!

Edit: @dantheman just posted a followup here

I have tentatively set the hardfork date to Tuesday November 16th, which means we will attempt to have a final release with all the necessary changes by November 9th.
