I've just done some major updates on SteemViz !
Most of these updates revolve around reliability and reducing excessive data usage and api calls , requiring a rewrite of a lot of the code - but now it works better then ever.
I had been having problems with occasional disconnections from the api servers in previous versions, but have yet to have a single disconnection since the updates :)
Updates :
- Partially rewritten to be more efficient and reliable - no more disconnects!
- Automatically preview new posts full-screen (optional)
- Vote on previewed posts using SteemConnect widget
- Witness key and blockchain parameter updates now included
- Removed some inactive curators from "follow the votes" list.
- More stuff I'm already forgetting!
Still working on
- Post preview window aesthetics and markup processing
- More interesting visualisations for the vote stream
- Modify the "follow the votes" function to use post preview and steemconnect vote api
