The Immunity From "Needing" Money

Every now and then, people approach me at the bus stop, market, or on the street and ask for money for a variety of reasons. I used to be angry until I found myself in a situation where I had to ask complete strangers on the street for money to buy something. Initially, I was angry because I thought it was annoying for someone who did not have enough to ask another person who did not either.

However, life circumstances dictate that regardless of our financial situation, there are times when we simply need money and do not have it. Some people had luxury and expensive cars; years later, they are struggling to eat; others are currently struggling to eat; and perhaps 5 to 10 years from now, they will be comfortable. Seven years ago, I could barely afford good shoes, a decent haircut, and, most importantly, medical bills.

I was hustling from job to job, and most of the time I would rather walk in the rain than ask someone on the street for a few dollars to take public transportation. Life is difficult; many people are barely getting by. My first job interview, I was seventeen, but I had to dress moderately to stand a chance of being hired; anyone who saw me in those clothes might have assumed I had a good job, unaware that I was actually looking for work.

In reality, people hide their financial problems behind nice clothes and fake smiles. You cannot frown in front of your interviewer; they do not care if your children are starving at home, or if you have an illness that prevents you from working 8 to 10 hours; they simply want to know if you are qualified for the position

Dress The "Job" You Have

Also, you cannot wear tattered clothes in front of your clients, regardless of your financial situation; you must "look" the part. Act accomplished, smile, wear a good cologne, and complete your employers' tasks. So it is a world of complete deception. You have to act the way they want so they can pay the amount you require; after all, whether you are sad or not, going through a divorce or mourning, you must do whatever it takes to eat, which is why survival is cruel.

So, when I see people ask for money, I no longer get angry, except for miscreants under stress who spend every penny they have to smoke and buy tobacco; these people are not trying to survive; they are trying to quench the thirst of their addiction, and giving them money to do so is helping to kill them.

Basically, it is difficult to say no to children asking for money on the street. They are not usually the cause of their situation, and people do not choose to be born; however, some people are responsible for them, and understanding dysfunctionality requires a great deal of effort. Again, life is difficult, and I want to emphasize that.

People have problems but beautiful faces because they cannot afford to constantly project their pain, which can exacerbate their problems.

Sometimes just give it (money) when they approach you, especially if they have had to take everything they can before asking, but only if you have any. Do not ask them why they need it, and do not assume they are too beautiful to need money. We are all clever deceptionists. We sometimes fake the things we want to be; it is not like it is our current situation; it is just a goal we want to achieve.

"Making" Is hard So Is "Giving"

Although, as potential givers, we are all aware that money is difficult to acquire. Many people have given to me in the past, and I am not sure at what cost, but I knew it was difficult. We have lists of the world's wealthiest people because some have cheated others to get where they are.

Life will continue to be unfair because humanity can be cruel or kind, but cruelty is common, so do what you have to do.
