In this action-packed thriller, Bruce Willis plays Leonard Turner, a seasoned CIA agent who is kidnapped by a group of terrorists who are after The Condor, a portable computer capable of hacking into the entire global telecommunications infrastructure. Harry Turner (Kellan Lutz), Leonard's son and an aspiring CIA agent, takes matters into his own hands when his father's superiors refuse to launch a rescue operation. Harry must evade skilled operatives and assassins to save his father and prevent the terrorists from gaining control of The Condor.
Plot
The film opens with Leonard Turner, a seasoned CIA operative, undercover in Prague to obtain The Condor, a device that can hack into the entire global telecommunications infrastructure. Leonard's cover is blown, and he is captured by a group of terrorists led by Drake Chivu (Joshua Mikel).
Meanwhile, Harry Turner, Leonard's son and an aspiring CIA agent, is working at the CIA's Prague branch. When he learns of his father's capture, Harry pleads with his superiors to launch a rescue operation. However, the CIA is reluctant to intervene, deeming Leonard's mission a failure and believing that he is expendable.
Frustrated by the CIA's inaction, Harry takes matters into his own hands. He travels to Newark, New Jersey, where he tracks down Leonard's former colleague, Ken Robertson (D. B. Sweeney). Ken, initially hesitant to help Harry, eventually agrees to assist him in his rescue mission.
Harry and Ken infiltrate the terrorists' hideout, where they face off against numerous armed guards and assassins. Harry's lack of experience and training are evident, but he is driven by his determination to save his father.
After a tense and action-packed sequence, Harry and Ken manage to locate Leonard and The Condor. They escape the hideout and make their way to a safe house, where they are reunited with Leonard.
Extraction ends with Leonard expressing his pride in his son and acknowledging his potential as a CIA agent. Harry, having proven his skills and loyalty, is finally accepted into the CIA's field operations division.
