Toy Story 4 is a 2019 American computer-animated comedy-drama film produced by Pixar Animation Studios for Walt Disney Pictures. It is the fourth installment in Pixar's Toy Story series and the sequel to Toy Story 3 (2010). The film was directed by Josh Cooley, making it his feature directorial debut, and written by Andrew Stanton and Stephany Folsom, with the story conceived by John Lasseter, Rashida Jones, Will McCormack, Valerie LaPointe, and Martin Hynes.
The plot of Toy Story 4 revolves around Woody, Buzz Lightyear, and the rest of the gang embarking on a road trip with Bonnie, a new toy named Forky, and a reunion with Woody's long-lost friend Bo Peep.
