Foreign bonds denominated in U.S. dollars. These are issued in the United States by foreign banks and corporations. These bonds are usually registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

An example the other way are Samurai bonds. These are YEN denominated bonds that are issued by foreign companies in Japan.
