Love, Grateful and Release ... by way of reflection

Love, Grateful and Release

For me life is a melody with its high notes and its low notes. It is a landscape that I paint every day because I am the one who chooses the color of every day of my life.
There are those who compare life to a piano because in order for a melody to be played on the piano there must be white keys and black keys. I prefer to continue believing that there are no bad days or good days in my life, as I was able to say in my post on the Gratitude in which I expressed:

Every day of our lives has a reason to be. Some days bring us enjoyment and joy. For those days we are grateful to God and the Universe for their blessings. Other days invite us to correct our actions, to modify our strategy and therefore to reorient our log. For those days my gratitude for the learning obtained. That is why every day of my life I am grateful for all the experiences I have lived and for all the circumstances I have gone through. They represent my strength today. Grateful for every life experience.

For me, life is ...
A dynamic, complex and permanent learning

Learning based on love. That love that I dedicate to all the activities that I do every day, both in face-to-face level and in the digital environment; in my academic, technical or professional activities, in my emotional relationships, in my work as a wife, mother, grandmother, aunt, citizen, neighbor, in my domestic activities and in everything I do, day by day. This love leads me to live to the fullest, assuming happiness as a life decision, without any conditioning.

And in my day to day life, I assume gratitude as a full fact, as a natural, daily and continuous act

Giving thanks for each sunrise is the best way to thank for a new opportunity to love, a new opportunity to create, a new opportunity to share, a new opportunity to teach, a new opportunity to learn. That's the best way to leave our mark... our legacy in the tiny fraction of time that represents our passage through this sphere of life.

The best thing we can do as human beings is for our actions to leave traces ... never scars

As for the attachment, we must release. I have managed to free myself from it. Releasing that weight that generates burden and takes energy away from us is wonderful, it frees us. It is the best decision I have been able to make to avoid being labeled, classified, codified, reified and bound. It is to prevent them from thinking for me what is equal to defending my authenticity and identity. That attachment that prevented me from seeing the wonder of every day of my life and giving thanks for the blessings received, for being vigilant against judgment and prejudice.

When I speak of releasing, I also mean letting go of that responsibility that is not ours because it is not a consequence of our actions. Letting go of that anger and resentment and melancholy. Letting go of that nostalgia, which leads to despair; avoiding the guilt that only leads to suffering, all emotions that only diminish our immunological capacity. In this sense, the loss of our immune capacity is the consequence of the biochemical reactions that develop when we secrete cortisol and affect the endorphin-cortisol balance. The production of cortisol decreases our immune capacity, making us sick and moving away from that natural state that is our healing, our healing not only on a physical level but also on an emotional and spiritual level. There must be a perfect balance in our healing, which we manage to disturb not only through our food but also through our thoughts, feelings and emotions. From the nutritional point of view we are responsible for our food, honoring that famous phrase of Hippocrates that says:

Let your medicine be your food and the food be your medicine.

We affect our healing favorably when we know how to manage our emotions, when we take care of our thoughts and our verb; when we are proactive and assertive. As human beings we are systemic beings where our thoughts, our words and our actions coexist, all governed by our feelings and our life essence.
Our thoughts are gestated in our mind and our thoughts end up governing our actions when we conjugate our thoughts and our words, that is, our verb. I confirm and subscribe to the following sentence:

Thought attracts and word decrees.

Our mind is directly related to our thoughts, the soul to our will and our body, which is our temple, executes all our functions.
If we no longer carry that weight that weighs us down and takes away our energy; and, moreover, we do not become attached to anything or anyone, then we are in the possibility of loving and thanking for all the days we have lived and for all the blessings we have received. We must avoid attachment because attachment not only enslaves us, but also hurts us. Attachment to material goods, people, customs and beliefs becomes slavery, slavery becomes suffering and suffering takes away our freedom. That freedom we require to fly as far as our dreams allow. Those dreams for which we must act day by day. The materialization of our dreams does not condition our happiness. Happiness is not conditioned by or dependent on others.

Being happy is a life decision. It's not a possibility or an option. When we decide to be happy without limitations or conditionings, we dedicate ourselves to Love and to Thank without attachments. At this moment then we have the possibility, in our life, to be in a perfect balance at a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level.

In relation to happiness Gandhi said:

Happiness happens when what you think, what you say and what you do is in harmony.

As for Love, Gandhi was of the following opinion:

Love is the humblest and most powerful force at the disposal of the world.

Today, having vital energy allows me to grateful to the #pachamama for all the blessings received, for all the days lived, for the learning and for the Love that I have been able to give to my sons and daughter, to my granddaughters and to my grandson, and; to all the people who share and interact with me in face to face or in the digital environment.

“I will humbly strive to love, to tell the truth, to be honest and pure, to possess nothing that is not necessary for me, to earn my pay with my work, to always be attentive to what I eat and drink, to never be afraid, to respect the beliefs of others, to always seek the best for everyone, to be a brother to all my brothers”

(Mahatma Gandhi)
