Messing around with a DIY PVC Didgeridoo

I posted a photo of a long combination of PVC pipe (see below) on TeamAustralia and said I was practicing Didgeridoo. Some members thought I was messing up with them ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚ so I thought I would post a quick video of this draft version of my homemade PVC Didgeridoo before I cut all the section to appropriate length.

A Didgeridoo can be made of the same diameter all the way through but I wanted to try this multidrone design where you cut sections of different diameters. This allows you to make drones at different frequencies. Iโ€™m not that good yet so I can currently only make one frequency out of it but the good thing is this also create more back pressure which helps the beginner to perform the circular breathing easier.

Why is my Didgeridoo not straight? I used a 25 mm, 40 mm, 50 mm and 90 mm pipes but the problem is to attach them to one another we donโ€™t have the fittings our coupling for all of those diameters but if you use couplings in combination with elbows or other fittings you might be able to find some work around. I will go I to details in another post.

Here is the Youtube version:
