Martial arts night
I went to the Wu Xing Dao class this evening after work. As usual, on Wednesday it is the advance class, I was learning with guys that are two levels above me. After some warming up and gentle sparring, the teacher got us wear gloves and head gears. Ooohhh, that's my first time doing proper sparring, it's going to be interesting...
Very quickly, I discovered all my weaknesses and received punch after punch on the head, on the chest on the stomach... ouch! One of the hit landed properly on the kidney and got me down for couple of seconds. I did manage to land some nice shots too but to be honest, if it was a real fight I'd be dead by now.
It was rather intense and it's not easy to relax when you keep failing to block hits from experienced opponents. I was breathing heavily and sweating like a river. It was very interesting.
Quick witness update
More and more witnesses are upgrading to the blockchain v0.19.12 from v0.19.5 which introduces the ability to edit posts that are over 7 days old. Although, we still need to wait for Steemit.com interface to also get updated with the edit button. The upgrade is not as straight forward as previous ones and many, including myself couple of weeks ago, have encountered several issues making it several days before the upgrade is completed successfully. This is where having two servers is handy as you can test the upgrade on one while the other one is still running the previous version. This reduces downtime in the block production.
I've been liaising with @tasteem because some members of the Vietnamese community on Steemit have cheated the contests by creating multiple accounts. I'm also investigating on my side in order to remove the culprits from the voting list of my Vietnamese community bot. With another member of Team Vietnam, we are trying to help them track down the cheating "gangs".

Password and Private Keys security
You all know that your Steem password is the access to all your STEEM, SBD, posting, transferring, everything... right?
So, please, follow these simple steps and keep yourself safe:
- Apart from the initial setup of your account, NEVER use your password ANYWHERE, if stolen, it will give full control to your Steem account.
- Backup your password and keep it somewhere safe. Use a password manager like Lastpass, print it on paper and put it in a safe (no kidding). If you forget your password, no one can help you out.
- To login for creating content and curating, use your Private Posting Key
- To make transfers and account operations, use your Private Active Key
- To encrypt and decrypt memos, use your Private Memo Key
