100% Powering up and delegation
I'm going to power up 100% until I hit 500 SP. I got surprised delegated by @erodedthoughts and this helped me out a lot, like tremendously. He is going to delegate to me until I have unlocked my own Slider. I asked him if it would be better to delegate the same amount of SP back to him, instead of losing 7 days of SP. He thought that would be a good idea. But maybe, this is a better idea after reading his point of view on Delegation. Once I hit 500 SP I will Delegate 400 SP to active and contributing Steemians for a limited amount of time. I hope that the already selfless @Erodedthoughts would agree to this idea and would like to delegate to me a bit longer. Let's see how this experiment goes, shall we?
I realize powering up 100% is not the most efficient or fastest way to currently convert SBD's to SP, but I do it anyway as a gesture to raise awareness why you should invest in the platform. In the long term, you will, in my opinion, benefit from investing. Even though my vote is worth a few pennies, when I try to curate posts, I am looking more than just originality and unique content. I try to keep up where the Steem and SBD's are going to. The "Easy quick money" mentality is not something that I look for in particular. However, there are people desperately in need of money, and I have seen that even those who are in need are re-investing in the platform, so why are you not?

I made some artwork for this blogpost: "In Steem we Trust".
Chance on getting delegation?
At first, I need to reach the goal of 500 SP and obtaining the blessings from @erodedthoughts so I can continue this project/experiment. Leave a comment below, introduce yourself, what your goals are on Steemit and eventually, you will be tested. All I need from you are signs where I can relate to you and be someone that I want to be associated with. Hint: Just do your best today.
Personal Goals
So, you might ask yourself why would I delegate 80% of my SP to someone else that I do not, or might know (slight chance) while I am still a small fish on Steemit? I worked hard for this, and boom shits given away like zero fucks given. This is an experiment, and the delegated SP is given with a limited amount of time. I want to see how you're doing with some extra Steem Power in your wallet and how you will use it. Of course, I have my own personal goals on Steemit.
- Become a dedicated contributor to Steemit with my own knowledge and skillset and appreciated/respected curator or some form of it.
- Become self-sustainable 'enough'.
- Launch fun-based projects in both Cryptospace and the broken world.
- Offer innovative ideas and creative concepts.
- Invest more in Crypto.
Mentoring
With this post, I am also hoping to find more talented Steemians who just started on Steemit and having a hard time getting started and getting rekt by too much information. @Promo-Mentors is a place for new Steemians and undervalued authors. As a new Steemian you can connect with veteran Steemians there and they will help you make sense of Steemit. Furthermore, you can find mentors in the community who hold workshops about a wide range of subjects. From the basics of blogging to specialized subjects such as fiction and science. The project is run by @futurethinker. Once I have found my one and only Steemian, I'd like to introduce you to this channel on Discord. It is a valuable open community.

If you know undervalued talented Steemians, tag them below in the comments so I can check them out.
UPVOTE, RESTEEM, COMMENT & POWER UP!
Cheers,
Ruben
