Taxes are back in #DCity; not as bad as they had been, but they are back. You can see the spike in tax rates below:
Fun fact : tax rates used to be less than 20%. That might sound like science fiction, but believe it or not, that was a thing less than a year ago. Things in DCity have changed a bit since then.
Now on to some positives from last week's simulation. I received :
- +1 Dyson Sphere
- +1 Neural Network
- +4 Immigrants/Homeless trained into Workers
- +4 Workers gained through a Beer Festival
- +2 Gamers gained through a Splinterlands Fest
- +1 AZMARE Dice gained through a Splinterlands Fest
Not a bad haul, eh? My earnings charts are struggling, but like you, I'm HODLing onto this game.
I also would like to note I hit one of two goals this past week. I now have the ability to earn all Tech cards, as I paid for the opportunity to receive the balance of tech cards last week. I'm also getting close to pushing my SIM Power to 8,000; I'm curious to see where that takes me this coming week.
That's all for this week. My plan in the coming days is to get my SIM Power over 8,000 for a few days, and then start investing in more cards again. You know how it with passive income opportunities. Stay disciplined, be patient, realize you aren't going to retire tomorrow, and BE PATIENT. At least that is what I've learned with all passive income opportunities, DCity or otherwise.
Thanks for stopping by! Feel free to critique my strategy away! I can take it!
