As a redfish there are three goal that I beleive are the most important Things to accomplish for your account.

as a redfise the majority of votes you receive will be under the dust. This is where @Dustsweeper come in. They will Increase any vote you receive that is under the dust, and increase it to where you will receive a payout from it. Here is their FAQ link

Steemworld is a must because it allows you to monitor your Voting Power %. This is very important. There are also many other features that you can explore at your leisure. There are 50 little wooden boxes and a tag for every one of them in the showcase on the wall above box # 32. I don't know what the purpose of the boxes and tags. What was placed in them would require some research.
This is just to the right of the desk area. The office is just about a 12x20 room. A small sitting area with stove and coffee.
