During the winter holidays, my family and I went to the tourist base to get some fresh air, ride the tubing from the slide and just have a good time.
I didn’t have a camera with me, but there was a smartphone and I decided not to miss the opportunity to take some photos.
Practically, as soon as we arrived, I saw halos in the sky. You probably know this rainbow effect around the sun on a frosty winter day. Unfortunately, the halo was barely noticeable. Perhaps this was due to the fact that this day was not very cold. Approximately between -7 and -10 degrees Celsius.
Nearby was a large pond, on the bank of which stood a lonely tree with a spreading crown. You have already seen it in the title photo. In that photo, you can see the glaring snowflakes flying in the air.
The mountain for tubing was equipped with a lift, on which I went upstairs.
From above it was even better visible halo.
And from this position, a beautiful view of the surroundings. I even made a whole panorama.
From this height, car tracks were clearly visible, passing along the ice of the pond from one end to the other end. It's amazing that people are not afraid to drive on ice in cars.
I slightly changed the white balance in this photo and now the halo effect is better seen.
Well, after that we rode tubing from the mountain. The children really enjoyed this game and we will definitely come here again. And I’ll remember this photo of a lonely tree on the bank of a frozen pond.
I strongly recommend to open the photo in a separate tab to appreciate it.
