Again I am in this great contest organized by @qurator, titled "Tasty Tuesdays."
As we all know that soups are liquid and very good for every occasion, this week I chose this substantial and nutritious soup called "lentil soup", whose main ingredient is lentils, they contain many proteins, iron, minerals and are very good for our body and replenishes the energies lost throughout the day.

It is a soup easy to make and its ingredients are easy to get lentils, the vegetables make this soup a true delight for your palate and very comforting.
It is also a soup that can be frozen or used another day of the week and does not lose its flavor.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup dried lentils
- 1 smoked chop
- A breast (optional)
- 2 potatoes
- 1 carrot
- 1 banana
- Yucca, celery, ocumo
- 1 onion
- Paprika (paprika)
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Paprika (paprika).
- Pepper
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons sugar
Preparation:
- Soak lentils overnight with a half teaspoon of soda.
- Change the water and cook the lentils in a saucepan over medium heat until soft.

- Chop the chicken into little pieces and the smoked chop.
- In a frying pan sauté the chicken and then the smoked pork chops.
- Add chopped onion, pepper and crushed garlic.

- Cut vegetables into squares, potatoes, carrots and bananas .

- When the lentils are soft add all the chopped vegetables, chop and chicken and sauté for 15 to 20 minutes.

- Add water if necessary
- Add cilantro if desired when serving.
- Add sugar if you prefer
It's a simple soup to make and its ingredients are affordable
