This photo was taken in Halong Bay, Vietnam. In northern Vietnam, just off the coast you will find an area of dotted with islands. Towering limestone pillars and tiny island. It was designated a World Heritage Site in 1994. Halong Bay is among one of the top destinations in Vietnam. Most people do cruises here – in small boats. So did I.
