This is my entry to the tasty #tuesday contest, initiated by friend @qurator.

Hello friends today I bring you a very easy recipe that I made today with a heavy one that I like very much. but I didn't have much oil to fry it so I made it crumbled. With it you can fill arepas and empanadas or accompany with rice and salad.

Fish is a food that provides us with a source of B vitamins, minerals, but in addition some varieties are also an important source of Omega 3, fatty acids beneficial to health. It is also part of the consumption of a balanced diet.

Ingredients:
2 kg of shredded fish (cabin).

3 tablespoons of salt (to boil the fish).

½ cup vegetable oil

5 cloves of crushed garlic.

2 Onions cut into cubes.

6 Sweet peppers very finely cut

3 Chives stalks cut into cubes.

3 Coriander twigs very finely cut.

1 pinch of pepper

1 pinch of onoto powder.

1 pinch of cumin.

¼ teaspoon of salt (for the stew).


Preparation Mode:

  • Wash and cook the fish in a pot with water and salt.


  • Wash and chop the dressings to your liking.

  • After cooking you have to shred the fish.



  • Having everything ready, the dressing is sauteed, in a pan next to a jet of oil.


  • After sautéing the dressing, proceed to place the fish and mix it, add the seasoning (cumin, pepper, onoto and salt) are cooked for 10 min.

  • Ready the shredded fish, accompany it with rice and sweet torticas, the rest of the fish keep it to make some empanadas for breakfast.
