Here I have another photo of a delicious salad which I've had the opportunity to enjoy during my time in Vietnam. This was taken during our first outdoor dining in HCMC a few months back in a fusion vietnamese restaurant on a rooftop in a hidden building in District One.
The ingredients as you can see is a combination of sliced mangoes, onions and carrots. Mix well with fish sauce and a tinge of olive oil. Garnished with basil leaves and dried squid.
The sourish taste of this dish is a great appetizer to tease our stomach before enjoying our main course.
