I'm the chef tonight

It's not very often I make dinner as I'm such a rubbish cook. One thing that I am quite good at is making Chinese barbeque roast pork, or cha siu if you order it at a Chinese restaurant. This is what I made tonight, a typical Hong Kong style roast pork meal, complete with a fried egg and veggies with rice.
