Jalapeños fish burger

In this week of Qurator's top chef weekly competition, burger is the dish of the week.

My proposition to this week competition is: spicy Jalapeños fish burger.

Personally I am not big fan of traditional beef burgers. In my whole life, I eat maybe half of dozen of them, and never enjoyed fully.

So I have created my own version. I have replaced beef with fish and add Jalapeños for extra kick.
It is extremely easy to prepare and I believe very tasty too.

Ingredients for one Jalapeños fish burger:
• One crusty roll ( never liked soft burger bun)
• 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
• 3 fish fingers
• 6 to 8 slices of Jalapeños
• 2 slices of onion
• 3 to 5 leaves of mixed salad

Preparation:

Cook your fish fingers as directed on the packaging.
Cut roll in half and spread mayonnaise on both parts.
On the bottom half of the roll place Jalapeños

and half of the onions.
Then put your fish fingers.

Remaining onions place on the fish fingers

and cover with salad leaves.

At the end place the top half of the roll.
Voila, your fish burger is ready, enjoy!

Of course if you like you can add ketchup, slices of gherkin, tomato or cucumbers.

But that's up to you.

I hope that you like my Jalapeños fish burger.

Have a great day everyone 😀.
