Ogochukwu: What’s your best advice for handling criticism?

Surpassing Google: Depends on the type of criticism. Most times, “try to apply context as we can’t see the person on the other side. We all have different origin and upbringing and even though we converse in the same English language, the context may be different.

In some cases, silence works. Simply walk away. We can always sift criticism and pick up good from it and use it to better ourselves.

Ogochukwu: What surprising lessons have you learned along the way?

Surpassing Google: Steem is way way way bigger than steemit!

Ogochukwu: What do you find are the biggest stumbling blocks Steemians Face, and what are the best ways you’ve found to overcome them?

Surpassing Google: Seamless onboarding. Basically, steemians take too long to understand how steem runs; curation, bots, hardforks etc. i have overcome this by looking steemit as a home, where i own a room. i see steemit ups-and-downs as real life situations, where ups-and-downs present ways for personal growth. It is all these so-called drama that actually makes steemit irresistible.

You just want to be on steemit! You want to know the latest; which bot is disturbing, which new whale is onboard etc

Ogochukwu: Who are your biggest influences? Who do you admire most? Who or what inspired you to do what you’re doing now?( Both Within and outside steemit)

Surpassing Google: They are so many. In general, i have studied billionaires and especially influential women. This helps me with inspiration.

On steemit, @ned and more recently @dan because though i haven’t met with them yet, we share the same overall views when it comes to the model for a winner social community. “Gather great minds together to mine steem/steempower/connections/dreams/knowledge etc with minds”; is a never ending loop and sheer genius.

Ogochukwu: You are also the driving force behind Steem Gigs, what gave you the inspiration to birth it, what are your hopes for it, and how do you think it can contribute to the growth of Steem/Steemit

Surpassing Google: The driving force is my company called “the giving factory”. This company is built on steem and will continue to be my major company, all others forming sub-companies.

Everything i do on steemit down to my simple posts are excerpts of my dreams and my dream; is to give endlessly and to touch lives.

@Steemgigs fixes alot. It brings smiles on people’s faces as it connects “steemians in need to steemians indeed”.
It is my way of combining my two steemit growth-ideas, #steemitisbeautiful and #steemgigs into one, to speed up newbies to steemit knowledge and produce 5,000 #steemgigs to beautify steemit even more in search engines and make it stickier in the face of the regular internet user.

A major aim of @steemgigs is to keep reminding every steemian that steem is beautiful by helping us know the wealth of talent on steemit as well as the human behind the steemian.

Strenghtening the core or our already existing community goes a long way in bringing about steemit growth. “You only passionately convince someone to join steemit when you are fully convinced about steemit”.
@steemgigs will evolve into getting job vacancies from outside steemit and linking homegrown steemian talents to these jobs.

Ogochuku: Mention the Steemians that have given you support along the way since you joined Steemit?

Surpassing Google: Steemians who have pampered me constructively as @papa-pepper @benjojo @anotherjoe @williambanks @merej99 @virtualgrowth @sykochica @dreemit @infovore @surfermarly @instructor2121 @uwelang @jacobts @mrwang @kevinwong @tamim @kus-knee @barrydutton @pitterpatter @buzzbeergeek @samstonehill @clayboyn and you as well has inspired me!

Ogochukwu: What do you want your legacy to be?

Surpassing Google: I want to lead people to our Creator Jehovah by doing good good good towards others! That is the language i will preach in.
I want to empower people and be a testimony to them that things are possible.
I want to make every parent proud!

Ogochukwu: Do you have any advice for young steemians?

Surpassing Google: The advice is very very very simple. Bring your vision, dreams, enterprise, innovation, ideas, organization on steem technology. Start to see steemit as something way beyond blogging. See steemit as your enabling-environment, your America, your team, your inspiration, your bank, your employees.

Build your influence and reputation and that is way bigger than 50 SBD. You are way bigger than some 50 SBD; with brains powerful than supercomputers.

If you are a steemian, then you are CEO.
