Hello my awesome friends and readers from Steemit!
Today I decided to make a rich protein breakfast with a banana yogurt shake for a desert!
So for this you will need the following:
- yogurt ( I put yogurt with 1.5 %)
- banana
- oatmeal
- eggs
- ham
- sausages
Now, I started to make the shake and I used the milk and the bananas that I had.

Cut or brake them into little pieces (but too small).

And now we take the oatmeal!

We mix the yougurt with the banana and then we add the oatmeal on top.


We put them in the mixer and let the party start..oh...yeah...

The result will be this....here you can see all my hopes and dreams just bursting like the bubbles on top. Uff...

Now like the hulk we attack the pan and trow inside some sausages and ham ...Hulk smash!
We attack with a lot of power some innocent eggs !
Beat the eggs untill they will become liquid or at least cry out uncle a few times!
And voila, breakfast is ready! Come fast and eat it while is hot!
