Ok, I'm not going to lie to you, the previous dishes I cooked and put here on Steemit have been alright when I ate, but this one is probably the best thing I've cooked in forever!
I've already eaten it hours ago, and while I put together this post I'm already hungry for it again, because I finally got it perfect. Soo good!
Ok, so this is super easy to make. And it really didn't take more than 20 minutes at the most, so here you can see the main meats and veggies I used.

Ingredients
- Top Sirloin Steak
- 1 Red Potato Cut Up into Slices
- 1 slice of onion
- Broccoli heads
- A few cherry tomatoes
- Butter, Milk, Garlic powder, and oregano
In a bowl I got 3 heapings of butter, with a cup of milk, 4 tablespoons of garlic, and some dashes of oregano and mixed it all up. I actually warmed the butter so it's all mixed well. I marinated the steak for about 10 minutes or so.

While the steak is marinating I threw on the pan to medium high heat and threw in my potato slices to get them going. I covered them while they cooked. Turned them over a little.

After about 10 minutes of marinating, and 5 minutes of cooking the potatoes I put most of everything together. I did not add the tomatoes, as I wanted those raw. I added 1/3 of the marinade to everything, and brought the heat down to medium.

I just let it cook for a few minutes, and would flip the steak from time to time.

After a few minutes of that, I continued to cook with the top off, and turned up the heat to evaporate and sear the steak. I like mine medium done so I didn't want to over cook.
I poured the 2nd of 1/3 of the marinade in, and continued to cook a few more minutes. I actually turned it to high for about a minute.

Then that was it. Laid everything out strategically like so, and poured the rest of the marinade on top, and viola!

Yeah, I'm going to for sure remember this one. It was super good, I cannot express enough.
