Oh yeah, I made it through day #2 of my daily challenge 😂 Consistency is the key in many parts of life and helps you achieve things you thought were impossible. Let's see how long I can keep this up and what parts of life this helps me to improve.
Today I did an easy recovery run on a trail, which has several short up- and downhill sections. The trail itself was very icy today so I had to run really slow (or even walk) on some parts. On the picture you can see a small bridge followed by steps, which were particularly icy:
I had to grab on to the railing to not slide down the steps 😁 Here are some more pictures of the run:
I ended todays run with 10.04 km and around 160 vertical meters, with an average heart rate of 147 bpm. You can see the details of the run in the following images:
