What does it do??

on this social network, your VP stops regenerating when it hits 100%. This system waits till your voting power is about to go to waste, then votes other members of the group to prevent that waste.

how is this done

it prevents abuse by tracking who votes and whos received votes, just keep posting and it will give you your outstanding votes. it will slow down when youre overpaid and speed up otherwise, ot makes a best effort to keep you on track numerically with the other users so all you have to do to catch up with votes is keep posting.
