A young girl arises from the sea and is given the earth as her responsibility. She tends to the land and creates an elaborate and beautiful garden home.
On arrival, she was given a seed that she planted in the centre of her garden. For many years she tended the seedling that soon grew into a strong tree bearing beautiful red fruits known to hold LOVE, the magical life-giving force that was to ripple through-out the world.
Over time, the young girl grew to be a woman. She learnt many secrets of the Earth while she cultivated the fertile land.
After much learning, at last the woman became as one with the Earth. Through the Earth, she came to understand the cycles of life, birth and death.
As she waited for the Tree of Life to mature, the woman became more and more in tune with the Earth and her understanding of the Laws of Nature increased.

Background: ...I just found this story today in an old folder while I was cleaning up. It's a story I wrote in back in 2001 when I'd joined a creative writing group. The strange thing is, I don't remember writing it even though it's in my handwriting. This makes me feel like it came from my spirit or my soul rather than just from my 'thoughts'...
