My Book
I recently releasd my book, Dreams in Transit through Smashwords, in order to make it available to more eReader formats. I am disappointed to report that I haven't made a single sale, and what's more, the people to whom I gave 100% off coupons didn't download the book either. That's the disappointing part.
My Son's Movie
One happy incident came out of the new release, however. I wrote a script based on one of the flash fiction stories in the book. Thanks to my son and his Turnstiles Productions, I now have a very short film based on the flash fiction story, "Bury the Hatchet."
My son directed, and he and a friend of his performed in the film based on my script. When I saw it, I realized that he might just have a future in movies. If he can do this well with my little script, imagine how he could do with a feature-length script.
He posted it on his YouTube channel. Take a look!
If after viewing our little movie, you are interested in reading the book, you can find it here: Dreams in Transit at Smashwords.
If you do watch the video, or buy my book, please let me know what you think!
