Spectrum Economics Challenge 5: My Restaurant

Source

Hello everyone! I am very happy to be able to participate in this challenge of the friend @spectrumecons, in its 5th edition.

I have chosen Site D located at the intersection of Monster Street and Todd Road despite its high rental cost based primarily on its good location, high volume of people and vehicles that pass through there. In addition, the volume of people passing through is much higher fortnightly as events are held in the local arena stadium. In addition, there are other places of interest for the Merry Town residents such as the bus terminal, the police station and one of the fastest growing residential areas in the city which would give more visibility and interest to the people in my restaurant.

There are 2 parking spaces nearby, one free of charge on Pound Street, which is rarely full, and another one in the shopping centre for those who use it. Additionally, there is the bus terminal that would serve as a means of transportation for diners.

As for what I would serve in my restaurant, I would like it to be good quality fast food at an average cost to please the tastes of the city's inhabitants, considering that they are young people from different cultural backgrounds and have young children. So I would be offering a menu for different tastes at an affordable price, with good service and good treatment to diners which will attract them more to my restaurant. It would also have a recreational area for the enjoyment of children. It would be the ideal place to share a delicious menu whether you are alone, in a couple or with your family. And for the days when there are events in the local arena stadium would be the ideal place to go after the game for the type of food we offer and also do not have to travel to the mall.

Of the other places of interest for the restaurant I did not choose Site A as the rent was the most expensive and there is not enough traffic even though it is located on the main street of Merry Town. Despite having an average rental cost, Site B did not have a lot of traffic and the people who drove by did not venture far from Barn Street. Site C had an average rental cost in a place almost twice the size of the others but with an average volume of vehicles and by the end of the week the traffic was even less than in the other available places so my restaurant would not have much visibility despite the fact that it is located in a growing residential area.

I hope that my proposal is to your liking and meets the necessary requirements to make such an investment.
