A couple of years ago I was in Mérida, a city in the Venezuelan Andes and got in the aerial tramway, one of the highest and longest in the world. In the last station at 4.765 masl there is a cafe and a large window that allows you to see the Pico Espejo (Mirror Peak), a mountain that is part of the Sierra Nevada National Park. From the cafe and through the window you can see a statue of La Virgen de las Nieves (The Snow Virgin). People go outside to see the statue and to be closer to the mountain. Before leaving, I took this picture and without planning it, I managed to capture both the inside and the outside: you can see the people, the virgin, the fog, outside, but you can also see (top right) the reflection of the people who were inside, drinking coffee. That combination is what makes me love this picture. Hope you like it too.
